James is an extremely knowledgeable and patient trainer; not only with the dogs but also the humans! His passion and love for what he does is so evident in every aspect of his work. Having been through his small dog training program and 1 on 1 home sessions, I have received immense value and learnt so much, my only regret is not finding him and reaching out sooner! Can’t wait for the new program at the end of November
